SolFaMi Music Experience was born with the aim of creating atmospheres at special moments, through live music.

The project is built on our ability to adapt to each celebration, helping to bring to life the musical vision that clients often have in mind but struggle to materialise.

Santiago Gómez Fernández was born into a family with strong ties to music. His father, a professional pianist, and his mother met while singing in a semi-professional choir, and his brother went on to pursue a musical career specialising in violin.

Behind the project is violinist and entrepreneur Santiago Gómez Fernández, whose career combines a solid musical background with an organisational and creative vision focused on the development of musical projects.

At the age of fifteen, he joined the JORCAM (Youth Orchestra and Choir of the Community of Madrid), a key stage in his orchestral training. Two years later, at seventeen, he co-founded the Cuarteto Sabatini, with whom he developed an intense performance career over eight years.

At the age of eighteen, he faced an important decision: to continue in music or pursue a university degree. After a period of reflection, he decided to begin studies in Civil and Territorial Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, a technical path quite different from his musical background.

A path that unites training,

music and professional development

During those years, music took a back seat, though it never ceased to be part of his journey. He combined his university studies with musical activity, taking part in projects and groups that kept his connection to performance alive. After completing his degree, he furthered his training with a Master's in Statistics for Data Science at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

In parallel, he continued to develop as a violinist, taking part in courses and musical gatherings, most notably the Llanes Music Courses. Throughout his training, he has worked with teachers including Rebeca García, Julián Cotittui, Aitor Hevia and Cibrán Sierra, among others.

After completing his university studies, he began exploring the possibility of combining his musical experience with the organisational and technical knowledge gained during his education. In 2020, at the age of twenty-five, he co-founded SolFaMiEvents, a project focused on live music for events that combined his experience as a performer with the organisation and coordination of musical ensembles.

Two years later, he relocated to Tenerife, where he launched SolFaMi Music Experience, a project he continues to develop to this day, specialising in high-quality live music for weddings and events. He currently combines his work as a violinist with the artistic direction and coordination of musical ensembles, integrating his musical training with his entrepreneurial spirit and organisational vision.
