Live music for hotels
Reception, terrace, pool, hotel restaurant or function room: we tailor the ensemble and repertoire to each space and time of day.
We work with hotels looking to give a distinctive character to guest arrivals, gala dinners and special occasions such as New Year’s Eve or Valentine’s Day. A violin and piano duo in reception, a string quartet at a corporate cocktail reception or a solo violinist accompanying breakfast on the terrace are some of the formats we regularly provide.
We also provide recurring live music programmes: a fixed afternoon each week, a full season or a series of key dates in the hotel calendar, with a single point of contact for all coordination.
Live music for restaurants and terraces
Indoors or on the terrace, we always choose the right volume and ensemble to complement conversation, never overpower it.
A solo violinist or duo works well during dinner service when the music should remain in the background. On sunset terraces or at a Sunday brunch, a trio or larger format can add more character to the atmosphere. We also perform at private events within the restaurant, including birthdays, anniversaries, company dinners and food or wine pairings.
As with hotels, we offer both one-off performances to try the format and recurring programmes: one fixed night a month, weekends during high season or specific dates in the restaurant calendar.

Technical requirements
- Small spaces or favourable acoustics: acoustic format without amplification.
- Terraces, large function rooms or spaces with ambient noise: light amplification recommended.
- A nearby power point if the performance requires amplification.
- Musicians arrive 30 to 45 minutes beforehand for the sound check.

Both options are available. We provide one-off performances, individual private events and recurring weekly, fortnightly or seasonal programmes.
Which ensembles can we book?
Solo violin, piano, duos (violin and piano, or violin and cello), trios and string quartets. We tailor the ensemble to the space and choose a suitable volume that does not interfere with guests’ conversations.
Do we need amplification?
It depends on the space and ensemble. For terraces, large function rooms or spaces with ambient noise, we usually recommend light amplification; in intimate spaces, acoustic sound may be sufficient. We assess this together before confirming the proposal.
